Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Contact our customer service to initiate the return.
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions and shipping details.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
5–10 business days.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges and any handling fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please reach out to us directly.

- Custom-made or personalized items
- Products on clearance or marked as "Final Sale"
- Items showing signs of use or damage after delivery
