At Everwood, we understand that luxury is not only about the product but also about the entire experience — including delivery. Our goal is to ensure your new sofa arrives safely, on time, and in pristine condition. Below you'll find all the details of our shipping process to keep you informed every step of the way.
🚚 Order Processing Time
We begin working on your order the moment it's placed.
- Standard Orders: Processing typically takes 2–4 business days. This includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and preparation for dispatch.
- Made-to-Order/Custom Pieces: If you've selected a customized or made-to-order sofa, please allow 2–4 weeks for production. Each piece is hand-finished to perfection and thoroughly inspected before leaving our workshop.
Once your order is ready, it will be shipped via our trusted logistics partners. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as it’s on its way.
🚛 Estimated Delivery Time
We offer reliable and timely shipping across the country.
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days from dispatch.
White Glove Delivery (Optional): 7–14 business days from dispatch. This premium service includes:
- Scheduled delivery appointment
- In-home placement of your furniture
- Unpacking and debris removal

We currently ship across:
- All 50 states in the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska)
- Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery windows
- International Shipping: Currently unavailable directly through our website. Please contact us for custom shipping quotes and arrangements for international orders.

We believe in transparent pricing and exceptional service.
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $500
- Flat-Rate Shipping of $49 on orders under $500
- White Glove Delivery Service: Starts at $149 and varies depending on your location and order size. Available for select zip codes during checkout.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can:
- Track the status of your delivery in real-time
- Receive estimated delivery dates and status updates
- Contact the courier directly for any location-specific delivery questions

📦 Delivery Guidelines & Considerations
To ensure a successful delivery experience:
- Accurate Address: Double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
- Accessibility: Ensure your home entrance, hallways, and stairways can accommodate the size of your chosen furniture. Delivery agents are not authorized to move or disassemble existing furniture.
- Signature Requirement: Some deliveries may require a signature for added security.
- Missed Deliveries: If you're not available at the time of delivery, re-delivery or storage fees may apply.
❗ Damaged or Missing Items
We take great care to package your furniture securely, but if something goes wrong:
- Visible Damage on Delivery: Refuse the delivery and note the damage with the driver. Contact us immediately with photos.
- Concealed Damage: Report within 48 hours of receiving your order. Email us with detailed photos and a description of the issue.
- Missing Parts or Items: Notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
